  11. 1 cup nuts, chopped

  12. 1/2 cup raisins

  13. 1 package cupcake wrappers

  1. Cream softened butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, applesauce, and vanilla; mix well. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice; beat into applesauce mixture. Stir in chopped nuts and raisins until completely mixed. Spoon into muffin tins lined with cupcake wrappers. Bake in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 10 minutes, or until brown. Remove from oven. Cool on wire racks.
