  1. 1/4 cup dried pears, cut lengthwise in halves or thirds

  2. 1/4 cup dried nectarines, cut into quarters

  3. 1/4 cup dried Calmyrna figs, cut into halves

  4. 1/4 cup dried cherries

  5. 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted and cut in

  6. 1/2 lengthwise 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and peeled

  7. 1/4 cup almonds, toasted

  8. 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted

  9. 1/2 cup sesame " fries " or sticks

  10. 1/2 cup sesame "bits" or crackers

  1. In a bowl mix together the first 8 ingredients. Carefully blend in the sesame "fries" and "bits." Transfer the mixture to zip-lock bags or other storage container.
