  2. CHOCOLATE FINGERS

  6. 1 c Powdered sugar

  7. 1 c Powdered milk

  8. 3 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder

  9. 1/3 c Raisins

  10. 1/3 c Glace'cherries

  11. 1/3 c Mixed candied peel

  12. Vanilla extract

  13. 1 c Vegetable shortening, melted

  14. Sift powdered sugar, powdered milk and cocoa into a bowl. Add fruit and toss until fruit is well coated.

  15. Stir in shortening and a few drops of vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

  16. Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap. Pour mixture into pan.

  17. Refrigerate until firm. Turn out onto a board and cut into fingers. Wrap

  18. pieces in foil or pladtic wrap. Store in an airtight container in a cool

  19. place.

  20. Makes about 32 fingers.
