  2. 400 g sea cucumber, pre-soaked, sliced

  3. 10 pcs Chinese mushroom, presoaked, sliced

  4. B:

  5. 1 tbsp cooking oil

  6. 2 pips garlic, sliced thinly

  7. 2 cm ginger, sliced thinly

  8. 3 tbsps oyster mushroom sauce

  9. 1/4 tbsp dark mushroom sauce

  10. 1 cup water

  11. C:

  12. 1 tbsp cornstarch

  13. 2 tbsps water

  14. Sugar and pepper to taste

  15. 200 g broccoli, cut into florets, blanched

  1. Fragrant B in a microwave safe dish on power High for 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Stir in C and cook on power high for 20 seconds. Add in A and cook on power High for 1 minute.

  3. Add water, cover and cook on power High for 10-12 minutes until sea cucumber is tender.

  4. Arrange blanched broccoli on a serving dish, pour sea cucumber over it and serve immediately.
