  2. 1 1/2 c. sugar

  3. 3 eggs, slightly beaten

  4. 1 tsp. vinegar

  5. 1-3 tsp. vanilla

  6. 1 can flaked coconut

  7. 1 unbaked pie shell

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs, vinegar, and vanilla. Fold in the coconut. Spoon the filling into the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
