    2. Title: GLUEHWEIN

    5. 32 oz Dry red wine

    6. 1/4 c Orange juice

    7. 2 tb Lemon juice

    8. Spiral orange peel

    9. Stick cinnamon

    10. 4 Cloves

    11. 8 tb Sugar

    12. 1/3 c Rum

    13. Combine wine, juice, peel, cinnamon, cloves and 4 Tbl sugar in

    14. saucepan. Simmer 8-10 minutes; strain into punch bowl. Heat rum

    15. slightly. Place remaining sugar in large metal spoon or ladle. Light

    16. rum with a match; pour over sugar. Pour burning sugar over punch.
