  1. 2 cups Elbow Macaroni

  2. 1 lb Ground Beef

  3. 1 Medium Yellow Onion , chopped

  4. 2 cups Chopped Celery

  5. 1 Large Green Bell Pepper , chopped

  6. 2 (15 Ounce) Cans Kidney Beans , drained

  7. 2 (10 3/4 Ounce) Cans Condensed Tomato Soup

  8. 2 (14 1/2 Ounce) Cans Diced Tomatoes

  9. 1/3 cup Brown Sugar

  10. 1 tsp Chili Powder

  11. 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  12. Salt & Pepper , to taste

  1. Cook macaroni according package directions; drain and set aside. In a large saute pan over medium heat, cook beef with onion, celery, and bell pepper until vegetables are translucent. Add remaining ingredients (except macaroni) and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Add macaroni last; stir until well combined and serve hot.
