  2. 1-ounce dark creme de cacao

  3. 2 ounces brewed espresso, room temperature or chilled (not hot)

  4. Softly whipped cream, for garnish

  5. Bittersweet chocolate, for garnish

  1. Put the liquors and espresso in a chilled cocktail shaker. Shake well until very cold, then strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Float a layer of whipped cream over the top. Using a vegetable peeler, shave some dark chocolate on top of each glass.
