  1. 2 pounds ground buffalo

  2. 1 small onion, chopped

  3. 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce

  4. 1 (1 1/4-ounce) package chili seasoning mix

  1. Brown buffalo and onions in a large skillet. Add tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or taco shells, shredded cheese and sour cream.
