  1. Pecan Crusted Chicken

  3. 1/4 cup milk

  4. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

  6. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  7. 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each), flattened slightly

  11. 2 tablespoons canola oil

  12. Place milk in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the

  13. flour, pecans, sesame seeds, paprika, pepper and salt. Dip chicken

  14. in milk, then coat in flour mixture.

  15. In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil on both sides.

  16. 15in. x 10-in. x

  17. 1 in. baking pan. Bake,

  18. 350F for 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
