  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  2. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  3. 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  4. 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed and steamed until crisp -tender

  5. 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds

  6. 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

  7. 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  8. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  1. In a small skillet, over medium-high heat, add the oil. When the oil is hot add the garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring frequently until garlic is tender, about 3 minutes. Add the steamed broccolini to a serving dish and pour in the oil mixture. Sprinkle with the almonds, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
