  1. 1 cup 237ml Orange juice

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce - low sodium

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon mustard

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated ginger root - fresh Salmon fillet or steaks - or salmon steaks

  1. Recipe Instructions Blend together and pour into shallow glass pan. Add either salmon filet or salmon steaks and marinate for 30-60 minutes. Grill on hot barbeque until fish just flakes.
