  2. 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  3. 6 tbsp. olive oil

  4. 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  5. 3 tsp. dried rosemary

  6. 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

  7. 1 tsp. pepper

  8. twelve 1 inch thick loin lamb chops

  1. Whisk together vinegar, oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic and pepper in a small bowl. Place lamb chops in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour balsamic mixture over chops and turn to coat. Cover lamb and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally.

  2. Prepare barbecue grill. When coals are ready, remove lamb chops from marinade. Place chops on grill and cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, basting frequently with marinade.
