  1. 10 Large Tomato es

  2. 2 Medium Onion s

  3. 1 Green Bell Pepper

  4. 2 Clove s Garlic

  5. 1 Large Jalepeno, seeded (I use 1/2)

  6. Cilantro (to taste)

  7. 1 14oz can of Diced Tomato es, undrained

  8. 1/2 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  9. 3/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar

  10. 1/2 tsp. Tabasco

  11. 1 1/2 tsp. Salt (to taste)

  12. tsp. Pepper (to taste)

  13. 2 Limes ( Juice only) or 1 Lime and 1 Lemon (juice only)

  1. Salsa style: Dice all vegetables. place in a non metal bowl. mix in the rest of ingredients. stir occasionally and chill for the next 3 days, if you can wait that long. You want the flavors to have time to marinate together.

  2. Soup style: Blend 10 tomatoes, ½ onion, ½ bell pepper, canned tomatoes, oil, vinegar, tabasco, salt and pepper. Mix and Chill. Just before serving add the rest of vegetables which have been chopped.
