  1. Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

  2. 1/2 lb unsalted butter (2 sticks)

  3. 1 1/4 cups brown sugar

  4. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  5. 2 large eggs

  6. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  7. 2 tablespoons milk

  8. 2 cups rolled oats

  9. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  10. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  11. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  12. 1 teaspoon salt

  13. 2 cups dried cranberries

  14. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda,

  15. cinnamon, salt.

  16. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and stir until combined.

  17. Stir in cranberries.

  18. Divide dough in half, roll into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

  19. Refrigerate until firm.

  20. Heat oven to 350, slice logs into cookies, bake on parchment lined

  21. cookie sheets leaving 1 1/2 inches between cookies.

  22. 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

  23. Cool on a wire rack.
