  1. Smoky Brisket

  2. 3 to 4 lbs. Lean beef brisket

  3. 1 Tbs. smoke flavored salt

  4. 2 medium onions, sliced

  5. 1 tsp. celery seed

  6. 1 Tbs. mustard seed

  7. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  8. 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce (1 cup)

  9. Sprinkle both side of meat with smoke flavored salt. Arrange onion

  10. slices in bottom of slow cooking pot. Top with meat. Combine celery

  11. seed, mustard seed, pepper and chili sauce. Pour over meat. Cover

  12. 10 to 12 hours or until tender. Serves
