  11. 1 pound tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped

  12. 2 cups coarsely chopped red or yellow onions

  13. 1 large green pepper, coarsely chopped

  14. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  15. 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper

  16. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  17. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

  18. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  19. 3 to 4 tablespoons Equal Spoonful™

  1. Heat all ingredients, except Equal Spoonful™ , to boiling in large saucepan; reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, until mixture is a thick sauce consistency, about 20 minutes.

  2. Cool; stir in Equal Spoonful™ . Serve sauce with grilled chicken, steaks, chops - also great with tacos!
