  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. Tomato 1 big a a few small ones washed and chopped

  3. Yogurt 2 cups

  4. Curry leaves a few

  5. Mustard 1/4 t.spoon

  6. Hing a small pinch

  7. Green chilles chopped 2-3

  8. Cooking Oil 1 1/2 t.spoon

  9. Cilantro a small bunch washed and finely chopped

  10. Salt 1/2 t.spoon

  11. DIRECTIONS:

  12. Fry mustard, hing, curry leaves, green chillies, and tomato in

  13. oil for 5-10 minutes.

  14. Add salt, green chillies and mix this with yogurt.

  15. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
