  1. 4 cups shredded chicken or turkey

  2. 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

  3. 1/2 cup onion chopped

  4. 1/2 teaspoon each cumin and chilli powder

  5. warmed tortillas

  6. sour cream

  7. lettuce

  8. tomato

  9. gaucamole

  10. sliced jalepeno peppers

  11. shredded cheese

  1. In a medium suace pan, combine onion, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cumin, and chilli powder. Bring to a simmer. Add chicken or turkey. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, untill most of the liquid is gone. Serve with tortillas and your choice of toppings. Yield: serves 4 Notes: I love that you can adjust the heat to your preference with different kinds of tomatoes and green chillies. I also add jalepenos for added heat. Cayenne pepper works great too.
