  1. 5889 g spiral cut or bone in smoked half ham

  2. 1/2 cup canned pear nectar

  3. 1/2 cup orange juice

  4. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  5. 1/2 cup honey

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the ham cut side down into a large roasting pan. Stir together the pear nectar and orange juice in a small bowl. Bake the ham 15 minutes, basting frequently with the fruit juice mixture. Stir together the brown sugar and honey in a small bowl and brush all over the ham. Continue baking the ham about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until the temperature reaches 140 degrees.

  2. To Glaze the Ham:

  3. Place the baked ham cut side down on a rack. Using a butane torch or creme brulee torch, lightly run the flame all over the ham until the glaze is caramelized.
