  1. 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

  2. 1 egg

  3. 6 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

  4. 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

  5. 1/4 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  7. 2 tbsp. oil

  8. 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

  9. 1/2 c. hickory smoke barbecue sauce

  10. 2 tbsp. flour

  11. 1 tbsp. sugar

  1. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs, using 1 tablespoon mixture for each. Heat oil in medium skillet, brown meatballs on all sides. Drain.
