  2. 3 Beefsteak rye

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vidalia onion mustard

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Horseradish

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Miracle Whip

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Cole slaw

  7. 4 Lettuce leaves

  8. 2 Tomato - (thick slices)

  9. 2 Dill pickle spears - quartered

  10. 1 Sharp Cheddar cheese slab

  11. 2 Bermuda onion - (thick slices)

  12. 1 Coke - (2 liter)
