  1. 3 ea Red Bell Peppers;

  2. 1 ea Red Jalapeno Pepper;

  3. 1/2 c Dairy Sour Cream

  4. 1 ts Sugar

  5. Peppers should be roasted and peeled. --

  6. Place bell peppers and chile in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until well blended. Stir in sour cream and sugar. Makes about 2 cups of sauce
