  2. 1 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken breasts , cut into cubes 1 large (about 1 cup) green or red pepper , coarsely chopped 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder

  3. 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

  4. 3 1/2 cup(s) Swanson® Chicken Broth

  5. 1 package(s) (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn

  6. 1 cup(s) cooked rice

  7. 1 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro leaves or parsley

  8. 5 lime wedges

  1. Spray a 3-quart saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Stir the broth, corn and rice into the saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the cilantro. Serve each serving of soup with 1 lime wedge.
