  2. 1 tablespoon oil

  3. 1 small onion, chopped finely

  4. 1 large stalk celery, chopped finely

  5. 1/4 red capsicum, chopped finely

  6. 2 cloves garlic, you guessed it - chopped finely

  7. 200 gm (8 ounces) smoked cod

  8. 3 cups low fat or skimmed milk

  9. 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder

  10. 1 tablespoon corn flour

  11. 1/4 cup water

  12. Pepper to taste

  13. Fresh chopped dill, optional

  2. In a saucepan saute the onion, celery, capsicum and garlic in oil for 10 minutes.
