  1. 1 cup oil

  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 1/3 cup ketchup

  4. 1/3 cup vinegar

  5. 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  8. 8 cups baby spinach leaves

  9. 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

  10. 2 cups sliced mushrooms

  11. 1 cup shredded carrot

  12. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  1. In jar with screw-top lid, combine oil, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Shake well, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Shake again, and refrigerate while preparing salad.

  2. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle with enough dressing to coat; toss gently and serve immediately. Store any leftover dressing covered in the refrigerator.
