  2. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  3. 1 tbsp. olive oil

  4. 4 boneless rib eye steaks (8 oz.)

  5. 3/4 tsp. salt

  6. 3/4 tsp. pepper p>

  1. : In a large seal able plastic bag, combine molasses, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Place steaks in bag with marinade and seal tight. Refrigerate for at least two hours, turning often. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season steaks, with salt and pepper, to taste. Grill steaks for 10-14 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
