  1. 4 Boneless - skinless chicken

  2. Breast halves - (about 1lb)

  3. Salt and pepper

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  5. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Finely chopped baked ham

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Chicken broth

  7. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Blue-cheese dressing

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped walnuts - lightly

  9. Toasted

  10. Chopped parsley - for garnish optional

  1. Pound breast halves to 1/4-inch thickness. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. Melt butter in large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly.

  3. Add chopped ham to skillet and cook 1 minute or until browned. Add chicken and parsley, if desired.

  4. Tip: To toast chopped nuts, place in small skillet. Cook over medium heat, Remove from heat and cool.
