  1. Recipe Instructions In a bowl, stir together the garlic and salt. Whisk in the buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, cider vinegar, dry mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Dressing keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week. This recipe yields 1 cup.
