  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted

  2. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  4. 1 cup butter or margarine, softened

  5. 1/2 cup sugar

  6. 2 teaspoons vanilla

  7. 4 cups Kellogg's Honey Smacks cereal - or -

  8. 4 cups Kellogg's Corn Pops cereal

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in small mixing bowl. Set aside.

  2. Measure butter, sugar, and vanilla into large mixing bowl; beat until light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix until combined. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in KELLOGG'S SMACKS cereal, pressing lightly into dough; place on ungreased baking sheets.

  3. Bake at 350 about 16 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from baking sheets; cool on wire racks. Note Variations: Shape dough around half a pitted date or pecan half, if desired.
