  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Melted butter or olive oil

  5. 2 Pizza sauce - (10 oz.)

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dried oregano

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  9. 2 1/2 cups 365g / 12oz Shredded cheddar cheese - (about 10 ounces)

  10. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded mozzarella cheese - (about 4 ounces)

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. In a large frying pan, cook ground beef and onion in butter over medium heat, stirring to break up lumps of meat, until beef is browned and onion is softened, 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine pizza sauce, cornstarch, oregano, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed. Add to ground beef mixture in pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and bubbles, 5 to 7 minutes.

  3. Reduce heat to low and add cheese, a third at a time, stirring well after each addition. Transfer to a chafing dish or fondue pot.
