Popcorn Cupcakes

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with white cupcake liners. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, buttermilk, oil and eggs. Mix per box instructions. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with cake batter and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool. Frost cupcakes with vanilla frosting. With scissors, make a tiny cut on each of the four sides of a mini marshmallow. Twist the marshmallows into a popcorn like shape and then gently place them onto the frosting.
