    1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Corn flake crumbs

    2. 1 cup 237ml Wheat germ

    3. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Sesame seeds

    4. 4 teaspoons 20ml Dried parsley -- Crushed

    5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Paprika

    6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt - (opt)

    7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

    8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Celery salt

    9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion powder

    10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground pepper

    1. Recipe Instructions Use with recipes in chicken & pork in a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 5-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 months. Yield: about 4-1/2 cups crisp coating mix.
