    8. 8 Eggs; hard-cook -- halve

    9. 1/2 cup Cheddar -- shred

    10. 1/4 cup Mayo

    11. 1/4 cup Salsa

    12. 2 tablespoons Green onions -- slice

    13. 1 tablespoon Sour cream

    14. Salt

    15. Mash the yolks with cheese, mayo, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt. Evenly

    16. fill the whites. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
