  1. 1 md Onion Thinly Sliced

  2. 2 tb Oleo

  3. 3 tb Flour

  4. 1/8 ts Red Pepper

  5. 1/2 ts Chicken Bouillon Granules

  6. 1/2 c Water

  7. 1/2 c Skim Milk

  8. 1/2 (2 Oz.) Cup Shredded

  9. Monterey Jack Cheese

  10. 6 (1/2 in. Thick) Slices

  11. Italian Bread Toasted

  12. 12 (1/2 Oz.) Slices Turkey

  13. Breast

  14. 12 Thin Slices Tomato

  15. Freshly Ground Black

  16. Pepper

  1. Combine Onion & Oleo in 1 Quart Glass Measure.

  2. Cover With Plastic Wrap& Microwave At High 3 To 5 Min.

  3. OR Until Onion Is Tender, Stirring Once.

  4. Remove Onion, Using A Slotted Spoon & Set Aside.

  5. Add Flour & Red Pepper To Oleo; Stir Well.

  6. Gradually Add Bouillon Granules, Water & Milk, Stirring Well.

  7. Microwave Uncovered At High 2 1/2 To 3 1/2 Min.

  8. OR Until Mixture Is Thickened, Stirring Every Min.

  9. Add Cheese To The Mixture, Stirring Until Cheese Melts & Sauce Is Smooth.

  10. Arrange Bread Slices in A Single Layer in A 12 X 8Baking Dish.

  11. Spoon 2 T.

  12. Sauce Over Each Slice; Top Each With 2 Turkeyslices & 2 Tomato Slices.

  13. Top With Onion; Spoon Remaining Sauce Over Tomatoes.

  14. Microwave, Uncovered, At High 2 1/2 To 3 1/2 Min.

  15. OR Until Thoroughly Heated.

  16. Sprinkle With Black Pepper.

  17. Serve Warm.
