  1. 1 Tb oil

  2. 6 chicken breasts

  3. 1 ripe mango

  4. 2 cloves garlic

  5. 8 oz scallion s

  6. 1/2 C bean sprouts

  7. 1 Tb vinegar

  8. 2 Tb honey

  9. 2 Tb ketchup

  10. 1 tsp cornstarch

  1. Cut chicken into cubes. Slice mango & scallions. Heat oil in wok & stir fry chicken for 10 minutes. Add garlic, mango, scallions, & bean sprouts. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Mix together vinegar, honey, ketchup, & cornstarch in a bowl & pour over chicken. Stir fry until sauce thickens.
