    3. 1/4 c Parsley; Snipped

    4. 1/4 c Cilantro; Fresh, Snipped

    5. 1 t Cumin; Ground

    6. 1/2 t Salt

    7. 2 ea Cucumbers; Medium

    1. * Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded.

    2. ~-- Mix all ingredients.

    3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.

    4. Makes about 3 cups salsa.
