  1. 4 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick

  2. 1 onion , sliced

  3. 2 cups sliced mushrooms

  4. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

  5. 1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice , uncooked

  6. 1 (10 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

  7. 1 (10 ounce) can water (use broth can)

  8. 2 red apples , sliced

  9. 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

  2. Add chops; cook on medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.

  3. Add onion, mushrooms and dressing; cook an additional 3 minutes.

  4. Stir in rice, broth, water, apples and thyme.

  5. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes or until heated through.
