  1. 2 1/4 ts Dry yeast

  2. 5 tb Sugar

  3. 3 c Bread flour

  4. 3/4 ts Salt

  5. 2 tb Dry milk

  6. 2 tb Instant potato flakes

  7. 1/4 ts Lemon extract

  8. 1/4 ts Vanilla extract

  9. 2 Eggs

  10. 4 tb Butter

  11. 1 c Warm water

  12. 9x5 inch loaf pan. Allow to rise until doubled. Bake in a preheated

  13. 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for about 30 minutes. Crust should be golden and bread should sound hollow when thumped.
