  4. 1 cup bread flour

  5. 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten

  6. 2 tablespoons dry milk powder

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  9. 1/4 cup honey

  10. 1 1/2 cups water
