  1. 2 cups evaporated low fat or skim milk

  2. 1/4 cup grapenuts cereal

  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  4. 2 eggs, well beaten

  5. dash nutmeg

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Pour into 4 individual custard cups for baking.

  4. Sprinkle each with nutmeg.

  5. Bake in a pan of water for approximately 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

  6. * For a pumpkin twist - add 1/2 cup canned pumpkin.
