  7. 1 1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

  8. 1/4 in thick

  1. Preheat oven 375’ In food processor, add tomatoes, 1 c. basil leaves, olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic. pulse until smooth, but somewhat chunky. season with S&P. line up bread on baking sheet. toast in oven for about 3 minutes. working quickly, rub remaining garlic on toasted side with piece of cheese on top. place in oven for 45 seconds until cheese melted slightly. remove, spread 1 tbsp tomato mixture on each piece. garnish with basil leaves.
