    1. 225 g Cashewnuts

    2. 1/2 ts Paprika

    3. 1/2 ts Turmeric

    4. 1/2 ts Salt

    5. 1 ts Water

    6. 250 ml Oil

    7. 1 ts Chilli powder

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Mix the cashewnuts, paprika, turmeric, salt and water together in a bowl and allow to stand for 1 hour.

    2. Heat the oil and deep fry the cashewnuts until evenly browned.

    3. Remove from the oil, drain well and place on serving dish.

    4. Sprinkle with chilli powder and mix well.
