  1. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. 3 cups cold, cooked rice

  3. 4 green onions, chopped

  4. 1 (0 3/4-ounce) packet MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Fried Rice Seasoning Blend

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

  6. 2 large eggs, beaten

  7. 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry rice and green onions for 1 minute. Stir in seasoning blend and soy sauce.

  2. Push rice to one side. Add eggs; scramble. Blend into rice. Add peas and carrots; stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
