  1. 1 package(s) (2 lbs.) kilbassa (sausage) , cut into smaller peices ... bite size is good. 1 large zuccini squash , sliced diagonally in thinner strips. 2 bulb(s) fresh garlic , sliced very thin 1 pinch(s) oregano , large pinch 2 pinch(s) basil , large pinches 1 can(s) (large can ) fire roasted tomatoes , squish them in the pan. 1/2 package(s) (small tube) tomato paste , you can use more if you like a thicker sauce 1/4 cup(s) pinot noir vinegar - wine vinegar 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt 1/2 cup(s) lager beer , whatever you have around the fire usually works.

  1. prepare all the ingredients as described. Making sure to really smash the tomatoes in the pan. Put all the ingredients in a large sauce pan, combine well and take pan to the fire. Stir well while heating and smell for the garlic to start infusing...(about fifteen minutes) then let it cook with slightly leass attention for another 10 minutes.
