  1. 4 ounce(s) sliced portobello mushrooms

  2. 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion

  3. 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup(s) water

  5. 1/4 cup(s) steak sauce or vegan steak sauce

  6. 1 package(s) Grillers Prime® Veggie Burgers, Grillers® Vegan Veggie Burgers, or Grillers®Original

  7. 4 hamburger buns

  1. Sauté mushrooms and onion in olive oil in large saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes. Add water and cover with lid. Simmer another 3 to 4 minutes. Remove lid and add steak sauce.

  2. Prepare veggie burgers according to package directions.

  3. Serve burger on bun with warm topping.

  4. On the Grill: Use a food thermometer to be sure patties reach minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

  5. Each serving provides 2% DV Vitamin A, 6% DV Vitamin C, 8% DV Calcium, 20% DV Iron.
