  7. 1 Pound ground beef

  8. 1 Medium onion -- chopped

  9. 1 Teaspoon salt

  10. 1/8 Teaspoon pepper

  11. 1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder

  12. 1 Jar spaghetti sauce --

  13. 14 ounce

  14. 1 Can tomato sauce --

  15. 8 ounces

  16. 1 Can tomato paste --

  17. 6 ounce

  18. 1 Can mushrooms -- drained

  19. 1 Package frozen chopped spinach

  20. (thaw-drain

  21. 1 Package corkscrew noodles -- cook/drain

  22. 2 eggs -- beaten

  23. 1/2 Cup soft bread crumbs

  24. 2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  25. 1 1/2 Cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded

  26. In a large skillet, cook beef with onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder until

  27. the onion is tender; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato

  28. paste and mushrooms; simmer 10 minutes. Combine the spinach, noodles, eggs,

  29. 9 x13 baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers.Cover and bake at

  30. 350 for 40 to

  31. 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; let stand 10 minutes. Source: Taste of Home Magazine Oct./Nov.
