  1. Beer and Garlic Marinade

  2. 12oz. can beer

  3. 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  4. 1/2 tablespoon lawrys seasoning salt

  5. enough meat tenderizer to cover surface of steaks

  6. 2 lbs of your favorite steak

  7. Add all ingredients into a large plastic ziplock bag, shake untill

  8. mixture covers steaks. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4

  9. hours, but not more than 16 hours. Discard marinade and cook steak

  10. to desired doneness.
