  1. 1 (10 ounce) can prepared pizza crust

  2. 1/2 cup ranch dressing (I prefer ranch with bacon)

  3. 1 Tomato , seeded and diced

  4. 1/4 cup green onion , chopped with tops

  5. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  7. 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves , diced

  8. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

  9. 1 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Lightly spray 8x12-inch cooking pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.

  3. Unroll dough and press into prepared pan.

  4. Bake crust 7 minutes or until it turns slightly brown.

  5. Remove from oven.

  6. Spread dressing over partially baked crust.

  7. Sprinkle wit mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, green onions, chicken and cheddar cheese.

  8. Return to oven for twenty minutes or until cheese has melted.

  9. My kids love this!
