  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  4. 4 oz 113g Philadelphia Cream Cheese - cubed

  5. 1/2 of an 8-oz package

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt butter in skillet on low heat. Add combined eggs, milk and seasonings. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set. Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set. Serve with toast. This recipe yields 6 servings. Microwave: Microwave butter on HIGH 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir. Micowave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Variations: Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives, green onion slices or crisply cooked Oscar Mayer Bacon, crumbled, as eggs begin to set. Prepare as directed, substituting Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese for cream cheese.
